Who is InfinityCTI?

InfinityCTI, Inc., is a California based Corporation located in San Diego. InfinityCTI was started in 1996 at the encouragement of Lucent Technologies, which is now Avaya. For over 10 years, InfinityCTI has worked closely with Avaya and it's Partners to provided IVR, CTI, CMS, and PBX development support and solutions.

Our staff of telephony experts has over 25 years of combined application development experience with the Avaya IVR. We specialize in customizing telphony software solutions to meet our customer's needs. The bulk of our expertise is based in IVR Designer, Script Builder, Dialog Designer, TAS, Oracle, Unix, ScanSoft (now Nuance) Voice Recognition/Text-to-Speech, and web integration.
