For over 12 years, InfinityCTI has worked closely with Avaya and its Partners to provide IVR, CTI, CMS, and PBX(CM) development support and solutions.
Our staff of telephony experts has over 25 years of combined application development experience with the Avaya IVR. We specialize in customizing telephony software solutions to meet our customer's needs. The bulk of our expertise is based in Avaya's Orchestration Designer development suite, Dialog Designer, IVR Designer, Script Builder, TAS, Oracle, Unix, LumenVox and Nuance Voice Recognition/Text-to-Speech, and Web integration.
